Meet Buddha

Buddha is a purebred, 1 year old lilac male who was surrendered to us. He had been in a home where he spent most of his time outside with two other dogs and did not get much training or socialization. He lived with two older kids and did fine.

Since being in foster care, he has become a champ at leash, and is loving attention and cuddles with his foster mom. He is kennel trained and is housetrained. Buddha also started playing with and loving toys of all shapes, textures and sizes. He was initially very timid in just a couple of weeks, has started approaching and opening up to new people, although he still remains on the shyer side. Buddha loves other dogs but can be a little too energetic at first meeting (he's basically a big puppy), so is working on being calmer when introduced to new dogs. Buddha’s ideal family is an active one that has some experience with young BCs to help him grown and mature into an awesome, loving companion!
