Refunds and Cancellations

Training Cancellations

Dog owners are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the start of a scheduled training session if they wish to cancel and reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee.

In-Person Training Sessions:

• Rescheduling and/or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session: A $35 rescheduling fee will apply.
• Rescheduling and/or cancellations within 4 hours of your scheduled session: A $70 rescheduling fee will apply.

Virtual Training Sessions:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session: A $20 rescheduling fee will apply.

Refunds - Dog Training Sessions

Refunds may be requested for unused dog training sessions (whether virtual or in-person) within 30 days from the purchase date.

Refunds - Online Courses

• General Eligibility: Refunds for online courses are available within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.
• Full Refund: Courses that have not been started are eligible for a full refund within the 30-day window.
• Pro-Rata Refund: Started courses are subject to pro-rata refunds within the 30-day window, based on progress:
  • Example: A 60% refund for completing four out of ten lessons, and a 30% refund for completing seven out of ten.

All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please contact our support team at support@dogacademy.org for assistance or questions.
