Boone is a happy, bouncy bundle of love looking for a forever home where he can thrive! This handsome Golden Retriever pup was born at the end of January and, like most Goldens, he's full of charm, smarts, and playful energy.

At just 5 months old, Boone is already crate trained, housebroken (he will likely need an adjustment period in a new home), and doing great on a leash. He loves walks, romping in the yard, and being part of the action. He currently weighs about 35 pounds and is expected to grow into a big, strong boy in the 50-60 lb range.

Boone gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. However, because he's still a clumsy, energetic pup, we recommend older kids who can help guide him as he continues to learn his manners. He has never shown aggression or bitten anyone-he's just a big-hearted goofball who doesn't always know his size.
