Buster is smart, eager to learn, and already knows basic cues like sit, paw, and lay down. What he lacks isn’t intelligence or desire—it’s the structure, consistency, and guidance that only a home environment can provide.

Like many dogs who haven’t had the chance to learn proper manners in a stable setting, Buster needs clear expectations and routine to succeed. With an experienced foster who understands leadership and positive reinforcement, he has the potential to make meaningful progress and finally relax.
