Meet Rocket! ??Rocket is a 2-year-old, 55-pound Australian Shepherd who is looking for a place to call home. He came to us as a stray, so we don`t know much about his history with other dogs, cats, or children. While spending time in the play yards, Rocket does seem interested in the other dogs around him. He isn`t overly focused on playing, but he does enjoy checking out what`s happening around him and seeing what the other dogs are up to. A proper introduction would be needed to see if he would enjoy having a dog friend.Rocket is a calm, easygoing guy who doesn`t feel the need to be the center of attention. He is perfectly happy doing his own thing and taking in his surroundings at his own pace. He isn`t showing much interest in toys or playtime right now, but that doesn`t mean he doesn`t have plenty of personality to share.Rocket does know how to sit for treats, and we think he could have fun learning some new tricks with his future family. He`s the kind of dog who may appreciate a home where he can have some space to relax, enjoy some quiet time, and spend time with his people without needing constant entertainment.If you`re looking for a calm companion who is happy to take life at his own pace, Rocket could be the guy you`ve been waiting for.
