Meet Cholula! ??Cholula is a 1-year-old, 42-pound Labrador Retriever mix who is ready to find a home where she can be her fun, energetic self! Cholula came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about her past or how she is with dogs, cats, or children. Any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly and thoughtfully.What we do know is that this girl loves to have fun! Cholula especially enjoys playing in the water and would happily spend time splashing around whenever she gets the chance. She also has plenty of energy to burn. A home with a nice, secure backyard would be a great place for her to run, explore, sniff out all the interesting smells, and play with her favorite toys.Don’t let all that energy fool you—Cholula has a softer side, too! Once she’s done running around and investigating the world, she loves being close to her humans. In fact, Cholula seems to think she is a lap dog! She loves attention and being part of the action, so she’ll likely want to know what her people are up to at all times.Cholula is looking for a family who can keep up with her playful personality while also giving her plenty of love, attention, and time to settle in.
