Thursday might not get as much attention as Friday, but trust us—this Thursday is absolutely worth looking forward to! Thursday is one of seven lovable siblings (Sunday through Saturday) who were recently found outside of PAWS. Thankfully, he's now safe in foster care and hoping the next chapter of his story includes a forever family to call his own.

This handsome little guy is growing fast, and while we aren't sure how big his parents were, he's ready to flourish into a happy, healthy adult dog with plenty of love, positive training, and patient guidance from his adopters.

Thursday is currently living with one of his siblings and other friendly resident dogs, where he's learning valuable puppy lessons every day. And he'd love to continue sharing his home with another playful, well-socialized dog who can help him build confidence and keep the fun going.

Brave, curious, playful, and endlessly sweet, Thursday is always ready to explore whatever comes next. Whether he's wrestling with his dog friends, investigating something new, or snuggling after playtime, he tackles life with puppy-sized enthusiasm. Like all young pups, he's looking for a family ready to enjoy every stage of puppyhood—from the silly zoomies to the important training sessions that will help give him the foundation he needs to thrive lifelong.

This dog is considered a mixed breed because it’s not accurate to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess. We get to know each dog as an individual and strive to make matches based on personality, not on breed label.

Because this pet isn't yet altered, they are only eligible for adoption via our Pre-Adopt program, which will require an extra verification step as well as a $100 deposit per animal that is fully refunded after their spay/neuter surgeries. This dog is currently located in a PAWS foster home. In order to meet with any dogs in foster care, you will need to have a fully processed and approved application first. To get the adoption process started, please complete the adoption application at phillypaws.org/dogapp.
