Meet riot
I had just moved in to my first apartment on my own and I was just getting used to being alone. Being alone was very hard on my mental health and I was getting homesick. I then thought about getting a puppy. I saw Riot on a website and I felt like it was meant to be. I drove hours to get him and when I did I fell in love! I loved playing with him, taking him on walks, bathing him etc.. He taught me responsibility and discipline.
I started working a lot more than usual and I could see him getting anxious once I would leave. His behavior did change and it made me worry that he was getting depressed or sad because of me leaving. I knew that I couldn’t be selfish any longer and that I needed to let go and give him what he needs, a loving family who has the time and patience to be with him and love him as much as I do. Riot's birthdate is April 10 2024
