Meet poppy
Poppy is a loving, sweet dog who has been part of our family for 5 years, since she was a puppy. This decision is incredibly hard, but it comes from wanting the very best for her.
We have a 14-month-old baby, and while Poppy is gentle and good with children, our busy schedules mean she isn’t getting the attention and enrichment she truly deserves. She would thrive in a home where she can be a priority and be spoiled with affection, walks, and quality time.
Poppy does well with other small dogs but is scared of larger dogs and will hide from them. She is very sweet and affectionate but can be vocal and will bark at unfamiliar sounds or strangers. She walks well on a harness but will pull if using a collar.
We’re looking for a home that can provide regular walks, playtime, and companionship. This is a heartbreaking choice, but we believe Poppy deserves a home where she can truly thrive.
