Meet tugboat
I rescued Tugboat from a hoarding situation in 2021. He is so smart, eager to please, and very goofy. We live in the city and unfortunately the stimulation of delivery folks, other dogs, and general city life is too much for Tugboat and he’s very overwhelmed and anxious. We did a board and train, as well as tried medication but his anxious behaviors seem to be getting worse. He does have a bite history, most recently my brother in law, who he has known since I rescued him. He’s very leash reactive towards other dogs but seems to prefer female dogs. I sadly am unable to continue to care for him with his unpredictable nature. Tugboat’s happy place in my parents’ house, which is an acre of fenced in land that he loves to run and roll around in. I’d love to find Tugboat a loving home where he can be at ease and less stressed for his well being.
