🥔🐔 RESCUE NEEDED FOR CHICKEN NUGGET! 🐾💛
This little guy is SO much more than his shelter history. Chicken Nugget is a 3-4 year old, 35–40 pound Boston Terrier mix who recently spent time in a home—and absolutely thrived.
🏡 Great house manners
🐶 Very social with other dogs
🧸 Quiet as a mouse in his crate
🧠 Quick learner & very engaged
💕 Snuggly, sweet & affectionate
😄 Funny, playful & easygoing
Nugget can get himself a little whipped up when he’s excited, but he responds well to guidance and settles quickly. He would love nothing more than to be part of an adult human + fun dog pack.
We do need to be transparent: Nugget was briefly adopted and the family reported that he nipped a child in the home. Because of that history, he needs an adult-only placement. We have seen nothing but sweet, social, snuggly behavior from him here and during his time in a home.
💛 We’re hoping a rescue will be willing to take a chance on this really great little dog.
And there may be a potential foster option! Nugget’s volunteer friends in Williamsburg may be able to foster him if a rescue is willing to pull him.
