🌿 From surviving… to finally living — meet Xena 🌿
When Xena first arrived at Hopewell Animal Services, she weighed just 35 pounds — a shadow of the dog she was meant to be.
But look at her now. 💛
With good food, care, and kindness, this 3–4 year old brindle and white boxer mix is starting to fill out (and glow up!) into the healthy, happy girl she was always meant to be. And the best part? Her spirit is just as beautiful as her transformation.
Xena is the definition of sweet and easygoing. She walks beautifully on leash, enjoys the company of other dogs, and finds pure joy in the simple things:

👃 Sniffing everything
🦴 Enjoying tasty treats
☀️ Rolling around in the grass
After a past of neglect, Xena isn’t asking for much — just a soft place to land, a loving human, and the chance to keep enjoying life the way she’s learning to now.
