Xena is a 3–4 year old, 45-pound brindle beauty who has come such a long way—and now she’s ready to find the home she’s always deserved.
When Xena first arrived, she was severely underweight… but today, she’s absolutely thriving. 💛
She’s been out meeting new people, soaking up pets, and happily accepting all the treats she can get. She’s also made huge strides—walking beautifully on a harness and riding in the car like an absolute dream.
And if you’re looking for an adventure buddy… Xena is your girl.
This confident, fun-loving pup would be perfect for a jogger or runner—she’s happiest when she’s on the move. Every hill, every tree, every puddle calls to her… and watching her joyfully plow through water is guaranteed to make you smile. 💦
Despite her adventurous side, she has such a gentle heart. She gives the sweetest, most delicate little kisses, walks easily on leash, loves rolling in the grass, and truly just enjoys being out of the kennel and living life.
Xena can walk nicely alongside other dogs, but she would likely do best as the only dog in the home—after everything she’s been through, she deserves to be the center of attention. 💛
She can sometimes feel a little unsure in busy environments and may prefer to hang back and take things in at her own pace. But with patience, love, and support, she could thrive in a variety of homes.
