✨ MAGGIE: THE HEART-STEALER YOU DIDN’T KNOW YOU NEEDED ✨
We sent Maggie on a staycation with one of our amazing volunteers… and wow, did she deliver. 💛
This 4–5 year old, 49-pound sweetheart proved exactly who she is outside the shelter:
🐾 Crate trained (with a little encouragement + peanut butter magic)
🐾 Calm, quiet, and easy in a home
🐾 Neutral with dogs—coexists politely but prefers her own space
🐾 Obsessed with humans (like… fully, wholeheartedly, beautifully obsessed)
Maggie isn’t here for the chaos—she’s here for connection. She will lean into you like she’s known you forever, soaking up every ounce of love you’re willing to give. It’s honestly something special.
She enjoyed porch lounging, pack walks, cozy car rides, and even a BBQ hangout—taking it all in stride as long as she had her person nearby. That’s her happy place. 🫶
Her staycation family described her as:
connective, sweet, joyful, loving, compatible
(and even said she might be their favorite dog yet 🥹)
Maggie is petite, low-key, and ready to be someone’s whole world.
Now she’s back at the shelter… waiting for her magic to work again. ✨
