Meet Odette, the mom of our Chi mix puppies!  Mom and puppies will arrive in CT on 10/3 and the puppies will be available for adoption at 8 weeks old (10/19/26)! Odette will be available for adoption after her puppies have been separated from her at 8 weeks old. We are accepting applications for Odette now! She will be very ready to live a more pampered life of relaxing, cuddles and treats than the life she has previously known!

Odette was brought into the rescue as a pregnant stray in TN. Odette weighs about ~11 lbs and is estimated to be a young adult.

Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding!
