Meet Nico!
This seven-month-old, 23-pound red heeler is everything you could ask for in a puppy pal! He arrived at GLDR with his siblings Ria and Gabriel. Let's help these lovable pups find the homes they deserve.
With a beautiful red coat other pups can only dream of, Nico is one handsome dude! Playful and curious, this guy is always on the move exploring the world around him. He's tolerant of handling and happens to be a huge fan of having his ears rubbed. When you hear his gentle snorts you can't help but smile.
As he is still a young man, Nico will benefit from lots of daily exercise, continued training, and a yard to enjoy in his new home. Adopting a puppy is a long-term commitment that requires lots of dedication. We promise you he'll repay you with years of happy memories to come!
Based on our evaluation, we feel Nico would do best in an active home with adults or families with kids ages five and up. He may have the ability to live in a home with other dogs as he does well with his siblings. We are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby.
