Meet oiko
Oiko is a one-year-old male beagle rescued from the Ridglan Farms research breeding facility in Wisconsin. He is a very sweet, smart boy who loves walks on a leash, running in a fenced yard, chewing on toys, and eating lots of treats, especially yogurt, which is how he got his name. He is very food motivated. He also loves his favorite plush toys an playing fetch and tug-of-war. He has an adorable prance when he brings back a toy in his mouth - like he's so proud and happy to run free. He is partially potty trained and knows a few commands like sit and down.Oiko suffers from separation anxiety, so he would do best in a forever home with a family member who can be with him a lot of the time. Having another dog in the house might help, but that is unclear. He is very affectionate once he gets to know you, and loves to cuddle and sleep on your lap. He'll make a wonderful, loving pet and would be a great fit for a family who loves training and enrichment activities.
