Meet hart
Sweet baby 9 year old Hart is looking for a new home to spend the last few years of his life. Hart is a pit-mix that I adopted from a shelter in Kentucky in early 2018. He is lively, friendly, curious and handsome.
Good things: Hart loves meeting new people and loves snuggling.
Downsides: He has a short bite history from 2018. No incidents since then.
Needs: Someone who is WFH or is able to be home with him occasionally during the day.
Reason for rehoming: Ever since I've owned Hart, I've been able to work from home / hybrid, or had a roommate. In the past year, I've transitioned to living alone plus having an office job that keeps me away from home for long periods of time. When I'm gone for the day, I'm not able to give Hart the care he needs. Deciding to rehome him has been one of the hardest decisions of my life, but I know it's the best choice for both of us.
