Adopt Andrea Rubi
Remember the injured dog from early June? The one with a bite wound to her left armpit 🤕 Here she is, feeling a lot better! We found out her name is Andrea Rubi, she’s a few years old and was originally from the Orlando Florida area. She is one month into her 4 months quarantine and fully healed now. Andrea is available for adoption or transfer to rescue. Either way, a mandatory rabies quarantine for 4 months will follow her due to a wound of unknown origin. She can be adopted out, but only to RI residents.
Rubi has a joyful demeaner that you cannot help but fall in love with. She is an enthusiastic social dog who loves to play fetch. She loves attention from all those who meet her, she is sure to be a joy to any family.
*If you can see me, I'm still available! We prefer initial adoption steps to be done via email, this way we can answer any time of day. We also prefer an application submitted before scheduling a visit, but it's not required, an email conversation is great! If you don't have access to email, no worries. Please call 401 680 7591. We differ from other shelters by offering a one-on-one experience between you, our staff and the animal or animals you've chosen to become a new family member!
