Meet joy button hoverfluff
If Joy Button had a superpower, it would be moving through the house almost completely unnoticed... at least until you realize she's quietly curled up nearby. Her foster dad affectionately calls her "Ghost," not because she's spooky, but because she seems to float from room to room without making a sound. Her tiny feet barely whisper across the floor, her presence is calm and before long you realize your home feels more peaceful simply because you choose Joy.
Go watch Joy Button on YouTube, then come right back to read more about this darling little Shih Tzu. You'll get to see her gentle personality, her adorable center-console riding skills, and all the little moments that make her so easy to fall for.

Estimated to be around 4 years old, weighing a delightful 9lbs, Joy is a Shih Tzu who, like all rescue dogs, comes with a breed observation and age estimate that are simply our best educated guess.
Joy is being fostered in a loving home with dogs of every size, from little ones to big ones, and she's settled beautifully into the group. Because of this we know that she is happiest sharing life with canine companions and we would love to see her join a family with another friendly dog, Whether they're exploring the backyard, napping nearby, or simply keeping each other company, another dog helps Joy feel right at home.
Around the house, she's wonderfully easy to live with. Joy is both house and crate trained, and her crate is one of her favorite places to relax. She has recently discovered stuffed toys, and while she isn't much for tossing them around, she has developed the sweetest little habit of carefully carrying each one back to her crate before curling up beside her newest find. Her foster smiles so big when she talks about finding Joy’s treasured toys tucked safely away in her crate with her.
Joy’s foster has also shared that she has a talent for making everyday life feel peaceful. She's wonderfully quiet, content to let the world bustle around her while she takes everything in with calm curiosity. Even when the other dogs have important neighborhood announcements to make (BARK BARK), Joy lets them handle it. Every now and then she'll contribute one tiny opinion of her own, but for the most part she's simply happy to be nearby.
She loves car rides, especially if she gets to claim her favorite perch on the center console where she can watch the world go by. She's equally content being scooped up for a cuddle, happily settling into your arms as though that's exactly where she planned to be all along.
Joy has a beautiful way of reminding you that not every wonderful dog has to be larger than life. Sometimes the ones who quietly weave themselves into your daily routine become the ones you can't imagine living without. She isn't trying to steal the spotlight. She's simply looking for a family, another canine friend to share it with, and a place where she can continue being exactly who she already is... sweet, peaceful, and unmistakably Joy Button.
