Meet willie
Willie's story began when he and his littermate (Waylon) were found abandoned on the side of the road by a local rescuer. They were scared and unsure of people at first but with patience and love and a safe foster home have learned that the world isn't such a scary place after all. They are young and continue to gain confidence every day.
Since entering foster care they have started to learn crate training. They are socialized with other dogs, cats, and small children. They have made tremendous progress in trusting people and adapting to home life. They are up to date on vaccines and are scheduled to be neutered on June 19th. They will be ready to begin their happy ever after after that date!
These two boys are not bonded and do not have to be adopted together. We just wanted to tell their backstory of how they were rescued so you will know a little about their history. They each deserve a patient family willing to continue helping them build confidence and discover just how wonderful the world and life is!
Willie currently is being fostered in Mississippi but included in your adoption fee is transport to a location near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road! Please message us if you are interested in adopting this little guy and we will send you an adoption application!
