Cooper has been with me since he was 3 months old; he is currently 1 year and 8 months old. He is neutered and his vaccinations are up to date. He understands commands, is friendly with children, doesn't like cats, and has access from the house to the backyard through a dog door. He likes fresh air and has a lot of energy. My legal status is uncertain because of this government, so I need someone to provide him with the stability he needs.
