Charlie was abandoned by her owner. She lived in a house with a 10-year-old dog and several cats. The owners were evicted and left all of their animals. They were in the house for 4 days with no food or water until a neighbor heard the dogs bark. Poor Charlie is such a sweet dog. When she is happy to see you, she smiles! She deserves a good and loving home where she will never have to suffer or be abandoned ever again.
