Meet milo
💙 Meet Milo 💙
Milo is a 1-year-old Great Pyrenees who came to us through no fault of his own. When his owner was no longer able to keep him, he was left with a family member under the understanding that he would be reclaimed once circumstances allowed.
Unfortunately, that day never came.
His caretaker loved him dearly and gave him every chance they could, but living in an apartment while working long days was never going to be the right long-term situation for a young Great Pyrenees. Wanting what was best for Milo, they made the heartbreaking decision to surrender him so he could have the opportunity to find the life he deserves.
And let us tell you—it is immediately obvious that this boy has been loved.
Milo is sweet, affectionate, and happiest when he’s spending time with people. He still has the enthusiasm and excitement of a young dog, but he’s incredibly gentle-natured and eager to make friends with everyone he meets. He rides well in the car, is house trained and crate trained, and gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and children.
This isn’t a dog who ended up here because of behavior issues or a lack of training. He’s here because life didn’t go the way anyone hoped it would.
Now, Milo is looking for a family to call his own once again. We have a feeling he won’t have to wait long.
