Meet lincoln
We are looking for the right new home for our 1.5-year-old mini Goldendoodle. This has been a very difficult decision, and our goal is to find a home where he can truly thrive.
Linc tends to form a very strong bond with one person and can become highly attached to that person, sometimes at the expense of building comfortable relationships with others in the household. He is sweet with the person he trusts most but suspicious of others. Because of this, he would likely do best with someone who can provide structure, consistency, and patience as he adjusts.
Based on our experience, we believe he may do well in a home with other dogs, and a canine companion could potentially help reduce his tendency to over-identify with one human. He has not done well with our young son, though so don't recommend he lives with young kids (less than 12yr?) and that's the main reason we are looking for a new home.
