Meet dexter
Dexter is a well behaved dog. I took him in 2 years ago, and when my brother joined the Army 5 years ago he was not able to take him with him. So he has moved from family member to family, but no one is able to take him in at this time.
He likes to chew up rough and tough toys, antlers, big dog bones. He mostly stays to his bed in the living room and is very relaxed most days. He still gets excited around other dogs even at the ripe old age of 10 years. He's a big lover, and thinks he is half his size. I've never had any issue with him in the last 2 years.
He tends to get along with girls more than boys. He slowly warmed up to me over time. He loves my wife and my mother the most. I think he would make another family happy.
