Flower was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina. She was lucky enough to spend time in a Southern foster home, and her foster mama reports that Flower is an absolute doll - she is spunky, cuddly, and silly. She has wanted to play with every dog She has met, so if you have a resident canine, they'd better be up for lots of play time.
