Meet Monroe 💕
Monroe is a beautiful 2-year-old foster girl with a big heart and a soft, eager-to-please energy. She’s the kind of pup who really wants to get it right—she’s just still learning the ropes 😊
🐾 Work in progress (in the cutest way)
Monroe is working on her leash manners (she gets excited and pulls a bit!) and is still learning to sit calmly when people pass by. She’s also practicing recall, but it’s a work in progress with all the exciting distractions around her.
🚽 Potty progress superstar
She’s recently been accident-free! Her only challenge now is figuring out how to tell her humans she needs to go out—once she nails her signal, she’ll be golden.
💛 Building confidence
Monroe is learning to trust men and continues to improve with patience and positive experiences.
🧩 Playtime + favorites
She loves chews, puzzle toys, and being close to her people.
🐶🐱👶 Social life
She’s getting more comfortable with dogs her size. Cats are probably a no due to a bit of a prey drive. She’s met two kids and did great—excited at first, then settled nicely and handled it like a champ.
🧠 Smart & sensitive
Monroe is a thoughtful girl who’s learning the world one step at a time. With structure, patience, and love, she’s going to make someone an incredible companion.
