Meet bennett
🐾 Meet Bennett – Your Loyal Little Shadow! 🐾
(3-year-old Jack Russell mix)
Bennett is a sweet, energetic boy who loves being close to his people and being part of everything you do. He’s affectionate, playful, and happiest when he’s included in family life.
❤️ Very loving and enjoys hugs and attention
🐾 Follows his people everywhere (true “shadow dog”)
🏠 Housebroken (may have an occasional accident while adjusting)
🚶 Enjoys walks and outdoor time
🚗 Does very well in the car (securely leashed preferred)
🧸 Loves soft toys and interactive play
Bennett is not a fan of the crate and much prefers being near his people. At night, he settles best sleeping nearby where he can see his person. He is still learning independence and does best in a home where he isn’t left alone for long periods.
🍽️ Can be a picky eater and may need creative feeding/enrichment games
😮 Occasional reverse sneezing (cause unknown, monitored)
🐕 Can be selective with other dogs and may show some “bossy”/dominant play behavior
🧠 Still working on manners when excited (can get mouthy during play, but not aggressive)
Bennett is not currently known to have experience with children, so slow introductions are recommended.
He thrives in a home where he can be part of the action, get plenty of attention, and continue learning structure and consistency. In the right home, he will shine as a loyal, fun, and deeply devoted companion.
