Because Carter has entered the chat.Thanks to our partnership with Geauga Moms and Pups, this precious baby made his way into our rescue—and now he’s officially ready to find the forever family he deserves. Meet Carter, an adorable 11-week-old Husky mix weighing in at 22 pounds of pure puppy joy with the most beautiful coat colors. Carter is the definition of puppyhood: his attention span lasts a few seconds, his curiosity knows no bounds, and his heart is huge. He plays hard, naps harder, and greets the world with a gentle, easygoing spirit. He’s also very energetic and smart, which means he’s equal parts fun, goofy, and ready to learn.Carter does great with other dogs and is wonderful with children of all ages. Cat compatibility is unknown. Like any growing pup, Carter will need continued guidance with basic obedience, leash skills, and housetraining. Carter is available through our foster-to-adopt program, allowing you to welcome him into your home while he completes his vetting, including updated vaccinations and microchipping.
