Meet Mr. Maxey Moo (ACCT-A-234682)! This happy boy is ready to find his forever home and bring joy to your life. He was surrendered to ACCT when his owner was no longer able to care for him due to owner health and living situation challenges.

Mr. Maxey Moo is a friendly, high energy guy. He loves balls and squeaky toys and enjoys running and playing, especially showing off his snow zoomies.

According to his previous owner, he is friendly with strangers, good with children, he also does well with cats once he gets to know them, and is okay with other dogs. He lived harmoniously with a cat in a previous home and seems to enjoy the company of other dogs at the shelter.

Mr. Maxey Moo is strong and pulls on a leash. He can get exuberant and jumpy.

Please note that Mr. Maxey Moo has a subcutaneous mass on the left side of his neck. A follow-up with a primary veterinarian is recommended. ACCT Philly will provide medical records at the time of adoption and encourages adopters to establish a relationship with a veterinarian.

BEHAVIOR:
Per volunteer 2/2: Took Mr Maxey Moo out tonight. He feels he is definitely house trained. He was eager to go out and had a fun time running in the yard. Very sweet playful pup!

Per volunteer 1/18/26: Mr maxey moo was so exuberant and cute. He was great getting both in and out of his kennel, but he did pull decently hard on the leash to go outside. There was a noticeable difference in his behavior inside vs out. He seemed more nervous inside but the second we were in a play yard he just was so happy and joyful and wanted to hold a toy in his mouth and run laps. Jumped on me out of excitement and is strong. Didn’t want pets or cuddles but just wanted a fun toy and to have zoomies. He even thought the leash was a toy for a lap. He probably would be overwhelming to small kids but he’s such a happy fun boy who loves to run and LOVES his toys.
