Meet Lance ACCT-A-239837! Lance is an 8-month-old male who was brought in by animal protection officers as a stray on 12/23.
Medical Notes:
Per an exam on 12/23: “Limited exam to due to pt anxiety. Pt is avoidant and thrashes with restraint, does not try to bite. Food motivated.
Objective:
-BAR, anxious
-Unable to examine teeth/mouth
-multiple foul smelling old wounds over body
Assessment:
-old infected wounds
- high FAS
Per APO: “Walks well on a leash, afraid and jumpy. Has possible bite wounds all over and smells of infection.”
