We’ve all had great friends, lifelong friends.
Very few of us get a chance to have a friend who is only YOUR friend. He won’t be your neighbor's “good morning, boy” on their daily walk, but he will be yours. You’ll know what it means to come home to someone who missed you and is exuberant in their celebration, every time.

Booth is dog selective. That isn’t a quiet suggestion; it is a firm boundary for him. He’d be best in a home with either no other dogs or with the right people who know this will require patience and total supervision while the dogs get to know each other. He loves cats, so dog-savvy cats are perfect for him because he loves to play.

A privacy fence is not negotiable. He can and will jump or climb anything similar to a chain link fence, no matter the height.

Booth is crate-trained, but anytime over 3 hours, his anxiety builds beyond what is fair for him to endure. He likes to sleep freely in his person's bedroom. He does great on leash and LOVES his car rides. Let's go!

Booth's idea of the perfect day would be a walk, playing with his sticks and balls in the yard. He does not like having strangers in his personal space, and he’s not afraid to sing the songs of his people to let you know.

When it comes to meeting new people, he lives by the idea that strangers are to be avoided. He’s willing to take treats and accept minimal attention, but ultimately, he seeks his own space during meet-and-greets.

Booth needs his person/people to have patience; if they do, they’ll wind up with an incredible dog that shows what it's like to be loved entirely by a beautiful soul.

Booth’s adoption fee is $175 and includes his neuter, microchip, vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Meet and Greets can be scheduled with Approved Adopters.
