Meet millie
This adorable nugget is Millie. Millie's going to be your shadow and best girl when you meet her. She's a sweet, loving, couch potato and such a love! She's good with kids as young as five years old, and the shelter noted that she's good with cats and other dogs.
Millie was adopted by a senior couple who adore her. She is her mama's best buddy and follows her everywhere. Sadly, they now need to find Millie a new home so she can live her best life.
Millie LOVES car rides. She happily goes to the car and waits patiently for you to open the door. She may be a little short, but Millie can jump right in.
When she's not cruising with you in the car, Millie will be your lap puppy if you'll let her. Destroying stuffies is another of Millie's favorite activities!
She has excellent house manners, too. She's not destructive and is housebroken. Millie knows to "kennel up" and will nap in her kennel when you're busy. At night, she sleeps in a dog bed in her owner's room. During the day, she hangs around inside the house. She has a fenced yard now and doesn't try to jump it. The sniffing is good out there, but she doesn't like to be outside by herself for a long time. She's a people dog, you know!
Millie's stats: She's believed to be a coonhound mix. She's 48 pounds, 2.5 years old, spayed, up to date on all shots and heart/tick medications, and has no known medical issues. She's good at the vet, too!
Please call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more information on Millie. She's in the Kansas City metro, but transport is available to the right home.
