Meet zeek
Meet Zeek, a two year old Black Lab! He is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and is Heartworm Negative. Zeek is just about perfect in every way. He is very very sweet and affectionate, intelligent, loyal, and eager to please. He knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, and is learning lay down. He is housetrained and crate trained. He sleeps in his crate only at night, but during the day he is out following his foster mom around the house, snuggling on the couch, or playing outside. He loves to be close to his person and thrives on attention and inclusion. His energy level is high, he’s playful, fun, and full of personality but he will settle down nicely indoors once he’s had activity. He’s a bit nippy when overly excited and he will need someone to continue training, consistency, and an adopter who can give him structure and exercise. Zeek would be a great addition to an active family. He is a great dog but needs to be the only animal in the home. He is being fostered in Mississippi but included in your adoption fee is transport to an area near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road!
