Per an exam on 10/21: “P has a BCS of a 1 or a 2 on the purina body score scale. A low body score could indicate an increased risk of refeeding syndrome when provided access to an unregulated amount of food.
-P's current weight: 50lbs
-P's ideal weight: 60-63lbs
-CBC/Chem 17+lytes: WNL no concerns
Per staff 10/21: “Dog is social and allows leashing and petting. Dog is underweight ribs and hip bones are showning”
