Meet marshmallow
Marshmallow was adopted as a young puppy over 9 years ago along with Elsa. As seniors, the girls find themselves needing a home again as their family dynamics have changed.
Their human dad passed, requiring more long work hours away from home and leaving them alone more than is fair. In an effort to reduce the transitions they must go through, we’re hoping a forever family will be out there so that they can go from current home to forever home. Ideally they could go together, but we recognize this may not be possible and would also consider loving single homes for each dog. If they cannot live with one another, their preference is to be only dogs in the home.
Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care.
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
