Meet foxie
Foxie is a beautiful brindle girl with striking coloring reminiscent of a Dutch Shepherd. When she first arrived, her body showed clear signs that she had very recently had puppies. While we do not know what happened to them, it is evident that Foxie has endured a difficult and likely heartbreaking experience. Since then, Foxie has made remarkable progress and is now at a healthy weight. She is up to date on vaccinations and has a personality that truly shines. Foxie is smart, eager to please, playful, exuberant, and full of life. She makes an excellent running partner and loves to check in with her person during walks or runs, clearly enjoying the bond and connection. Foxie does have a slightly off gait which her veterinarian believes is the result of a previous incident. The veterinarian has confirmed that she is not currently in pain, and it does not slow her down or impact her joyful, active nature. She has done very well with the other dogs she has met and presents as social, adaptable, and highly engaged with her people. Foxie would thrive in an active home that can match her energy level, provide enrichment and continued training, and offer the love and stability she deserves.
