New people are especially difficult for him, and he needs slow, thoughtful introductions at his own pace. In unfamiliar situations, his fear can escalate into aggressive behavior, making him a bite risk if his boundaries are not respected.Maddox's best fit:Maddox is looking for someone willing to put in the work to get to know him. His ideal adopter will have experience with behaviorally complex dogs and be committed to continuing professional training. Maddox is exceptionally food motivated, loves to work, and has all the ingredients to keep making progress with the right guidance.
