dolly

Dolly is an adorable, compact pittie mix, approximately 5–6 years old, with a gorgeous blue-gray coat, warm caramel markings, the cutest floppy ears, and soulful eyes that are sure to melt your heart.

Dolly came into rescue alongside two other dogs, and all three were malnourished and in poor health. Thankfully, it didn't take long for Dolly's playful personality to shine through. Now she's ready to leave her difficult past behind and find a family to call her own.

This girl has energy to spare! When she's out of her crate, Dolly is typically on the go, ready to explore, play, and see what adventures await. She enjoys the company of other dogs and could be a wonderful match for a home with a playful canine companion or active adults who can keep her busy. She's also got a curious side when it comes to cats, but so far, she hasn't been one to give chase.

And when the adventures are over, Dolly can be a total cuddlebug! She's the kind of loyal companion who will happily join you for life's little adventures and then enjoy some affection when it's time to wind down.

Dolly already knows sit, down, and paw…although she thinks paw is such a great trick that she'll sometimes offer it even when nobody has asked! She's mostly crate trained and still has a little room to polish her skills. Her experience around children is limited, so a family with kids would need to introduce her thoughtfully and supervise interactions.

Playful, curious, cuddly, and endlessly endearing, Dolly is ready for her next chapter. She's been through a lot, and now it's her turn to be someone's beloved family member. She’s ready to be included in the adventures, cherished for her quirks, and loved for the wonderful dog she is.
