Meet givenchy "g"
G has been part of our family since 7 weeks old. He is lovable yet sassy, with a personality all his own. He may resist walks at first but enjoys a 45-minute walk with encouragement. He also loves sunset petting sessions and will nudge you to scratch all his favorite spots.
Recently, at 6.5 years old, G has developed behavioral challenges that appear related to separation anxiety. He has damaged doors and a window screen trying to get outside while I’m away. When I’m home, he shows little interest in going out, but becomes anxious once I leave. This is unusual for our typically independent Shiba.
G has a history of food aggression, but has had no incidents in the past year with consistent supervision and care to help him feel safe around his food. He needs a patient home that understands his needs and can provide the support he deserves.
