Meet ellymae *arriving 10/24* d12754
Hi there, I'm Elly Mae!
I'm a happy, friendly girl with a big personality and plenty of energy to share. I love meeting new people and getting to spend time with my furry friends. One of my favorite parts of the day is going on adventures with my human and playing with other dogs. If swimming is involved, even better!
I'm a smart cookie, too! I already know my basic commands, walk very nicely on a leash, and am doing great with potty training. I haven't had any accidents in the house! I'm also comfortable being crated, even though I haven't quite figured out what the word "crate" means yet. I'm still learning.
I'm a highly intelligent, athletic, and agile girl who needs a family that can keep both my body and mind busy. More than one daily walk will be needed to keep me happy! I'd love a home with someone who enjoys hiking, running, or even exploring dog sports. What can I say, I've got brains and athleticism.
I'm good with other dogs and have done well around poultry and other livestock. I haven't been exposed to cats or children, so those introductions would need to be done thoughtfully. I can also be a little vocal sometimes, especially when I have something to say, but it's just part of my charming personality!
At the end of the day, I'm simply a happy girl looking for a family to share life's adventures with. If you're searching for a clever, active companion who's always ready for the next fun thing, I might just be your perfect match.
