Meet colby
I adopted Colby from a rescue group as a companion to my other dog, toy poodle, and they have been great companions to each other.
The rescue group told me that he and his brother were left by the dog owners when they moved out of their apartments. The rescue group said that it looks like Colby and his brother were abused by the owner and Colby has a crooked right front leg but he's gotten used to it, and he runs and chases squirrels in my yard. As he gets older, he had become hard of hearing but will respond to hand signals. He likes to run around in the front yard, into my neighbors' front yards, but always comes when it's time to go inside the house.
When he sees strangers, he barks at them to get attention and when the stranger responds and gets near him, he'll just cuddle up and just wanted to be petted, and he's happy with that.
