Meet Palmer, the most adorable little lowrider!
Palmer is 3 years old and about 47 pounds, with short little legs, a stocky body, and a face that seems to win everyone over. Everyone who meets him falls in love, and somehow he always manages to get a little extra special treatment wherever he goes.
He is super sweet, affectionate, people friendly, fully vetted, and neutered. He is currently on his way from Atlanta to Montana, but don’t let location stop you from applying. Palmer can be transported to the right home anywhere along the way or beyond.
This little guy survived the euthanasia list and now deserves the very best forever home.
If you are looking for a lovable, squishy little lowrider who has already stolen a whole lot of hearts, Palmer may be your boy.
