Meet peabody
Peabody is a 4 year old, 14 lb Xoloitzcuintli/Chinese Crested mix (we think!). He is a sweet, easygoing boy whose favorite thing is cuddling with his humans. He is curious about meeting new people and dogs and did well when meeting children. He is not a fan of cats and would do best in a cat-free home.
Most of the time, Peabody is content lounging around the living room or relaxing on the bed. He absolutely loves back scratches and going for walks, getting especially excited when he sees his leash come out! At night, he loves snuggling under the covers with his person but is also perfectly happy sleeping on the couch.
Peabody does have dry eye and requires medication twice a day, either Cyclosporine or Optimmune, to help manage it. His adopters will need to be committed to keeping up with his medication and ongoing eye care.
Peabody is a laid-back, affectionate little guy who would love a home where he can enjoy the simple things in life: walks, cuddles, back scratches, and lots of love!
To adopt him, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org
His adoption fee is $350, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, and heartworm testing.
