Meet sammy
Hi, I’m Sammy! I’m an energetic, affectionate, incredibly sweet 4-year-old Blue Heeler/Border Collie mix. I’m looking for a new home since I am anxious around children, and mom and dad just had a baby that I’m wary of. They want me to be in a home where I’m comfortable and can thrive. I love playing with other dogs and having a canine companion, but I can be protective of my space at times. I am a fun mix of playful and chill — I love a good game of fetch but am also perfectly content to relax on my own. More than anything, I love attention! Butt scratches and belly rubs are my love language♥️I am intact male, up to date on vaccines and have no known health issues after a recent trip to the vet. I am potty and crate trained.I am a working/herding dog, so I would love to have a fenced in yard to run around and be more mentally stimulated. I’d be happiest in a home with another playmate I get along with, a fenced in yard to run, and no young children.
