Meet rain
This is Rain! She is a 6 year old Standard Poodle. I am fostering her as her previous owners were no longer wanting to keep her. She is now looking for her forever home! Rain was originally a backyard breeder release to a shelter when she was 2 years old. Due to her genetics and life circumstances up until that point, she is a nervous/timid dog. She will need a home with someone who is experienced and patient to work through her anxiety. That being said, she is a sweetheart and would make a wonderful addition in the right home. She is dog and cat friendly. Other dogs give her confidence so preference will be given to a home with an existing dog who she could play with. She can at times be a little exuberant when trying to play with cats, so a home with a cat who is used to dog antics would be ideal. She has not yet figured out how to play with toys, but will occasionally toss them around a little. She is potty trained, crate trained, and knows some basic commands (sit, come, etc).
