Meet charlie
Charlie is a German Shephard (w/ Husky?) we adopted from the shelter ~6 months ago. Charlie is very loved, but one of our resident male dogs has started attacking him & it has become an unsafe environment. We need to rehome him to make sure he remains safe, gets love, & can continue to thrive.He is ~ 2.5 yrs old. He still has that high puppy energy. He plays great w/ our dogs, who are also high-energy & will wear each other out running in the yard! Good w/ our cats but is curious. HW neg & UTD on shots. Crate trained.Charlie gets along great with our other 3 male & female dogs, but because of our 1 male dog we would recommend only non-dominant, med/high-energy, female dog homes so he can be safe. He originally came into shelter on a bite quarantine, so someone familar with training young GSDs is best to keep working w/ him. Reactive if feels attacked by other dogs so needs unaggressive companions. Very smart. Learned sit & to shake recently. Knows, but still working on, come & stay.
