Meet denver
Denver is a 5 year old, 28 lb Shiba Inu who had a rough start to life. He was found as a stray and brought to a local animal control. The shelter tried to find a breed-specific rescue to take him, but unfortunately, with space running out, Denver ended up on the euthanasia list. We couldn’t let that happen, so we stepped in to give this sweet boy the second chance he deserved!
Denver is a playful, curious boy who loves balls and toys. He enjoys being near his humans and likes to see what everyone is up to. He can be a little aloof when he first meets someone, but once he gets to know you, his sweet personality shines through.
Denver is crate-trained and does well with both dogs and cats. He has also met children as young as 9 and did well with them. This handsome guy is ready to leave his past behind and find a family who will love him as much as he deserves!
His foster mom feels he would do best if he had a dog companion in his forever home.
To adopt him, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org
His adoption fee is $350, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, and heartworm testing.
