Meet Frannie! ??Frannie is a 1-year-old, 22-pound Miniature Pinscher who came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about her past or how she feels about living with other animals or children. She can be a little cautious when faced with new things, but her curiosity often gets the better of her as she takes in everything happening around her.One thing Frannie is especially interested in? The other dogs! She seems very intrigued by her canine friends and often pays more attention to them than she does to people. With a little time and patience, we’re sure she’ll continue to build confidence and let more of her personality shine.Frannie is looking for a home where she can take things at her own pace, explore her surroundings, and continue learning that the world isn’t such a scary place.
