Thanks to K-9 Lifesavers, this handsome boy got his second chance and is now ready to find the loving forever home he deserves. Could that be with you? Wally is an all-around wonderful young dog—friendly, affectionate, and eager to please. He is very good with other dogs and playful but calms down nicely. Being a hound/beagle mix, it's in Wally's nature to follow his nose. He’s in his prime age for training and socialization, making him the perfect companion for someone excited to guide him into his best self. Whether it’s cuddling on the couch or going on adventures, Wally is ready to be by your side. Apply today and let Wally brighten your life! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program:    Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.  For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at foster@k-9lifesavers.orgSPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!    Make a tax-deductible donation today and help save a life.
